Trade Marketing Manager
Annie’s Inc is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development of channel specific trade promotion strategies and manage the overall trade spending budget via MEI (TPM system). The TMM is responsible for national trade plans that ensure the company achieves its volume, profit and trade funds expense targets. He/she will work to translate strategic direction/insights into annual trade plans while continuously evaluating effectiveness of promotions and efficiencies of trade spending. This role acts as the primary liaison between field sales organization and all internal functions (including Brand Management, Innovation, Finance, Operations, IT & Executive Management) to support field needs related to sales, displays, and presentations to support sales initiatives.

Business Development Manager
Annie’s Inc is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead new item initiatives across the Sales team: working closely with all internal departments on the creation, implementation, and strategic direction for new items across all channels. The BDM is responsible for national and targeted new item roll outs that help ensure the company achieves its volume, profit and trade funds expense targets. He/she will work to translate strategic direction/insights into actionable plans while continuously managing the new item timelines, communicating internally and externally and using their expertise to identify risk and opportunity during new item development.

Business Development Coordinator
Annie’s Inc is seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR to support the Business Development team. This person will play a key role in assisting all growth driving efforts across trade marketing, business analytics, and sales. Areas of responsibility are handling mass communications to the sales team, managing sales resources, managing all price lists, data management and reporting, development and implementation of internal (corporate) and external (field sales) tools & presentations, and extensive project support around new item launches.

Packaging Engineer
The Packaging Engineer will manage Packaging projects from concept phase through commissioning. This person will interact with Co-Packers, packaging vendors and R&D. Has the responsibility for communication and dissemination of information to all those associated with the projects. This position will be part of the Operations Team and report to the VP of Supply Chain and Operations.
